We are excited to announce the appointment of three new staff members who will be joining the St Bede’s community in 2026. Each brings a wealth of experience and a passion for teaching.
Mrs Pamela Bishop joins us from St Patrick’s in Hamilton, New Zealand, where she has most recently held the position of Deputy Principal. Pamela has been teaching for around 20 years and brings a depth of knowledge, leadership, and experience in explicit and direct teaching. She is a proud mum of one and a passionate educator who values strong connections with students and families. Outside of school, Pamela loves spending time with her two german shepherds and exploring the outdoors.
Mrs Stephanie Cregan comes to us from St Gregory’s in Queanbeyan and will be joining the team full-time. Stephanie is a mum of four and has worked in education for over 10 years, including the past six years at St Gregory’s. She is known for her warm, inclusive, and supportive approach to teaching. Stephanie brings a deep commitment to student growth and wellbeing.
Mrs Bridget Allen also joins us from St Gregory’s Primary School in Queanbeyan and will be working three days per week. Bridget is a dedicated educator with 10 years of classroom teaching experience. She is a mum to one child and is well known for her nurturing nature and strong relationships with students and their families. Bridget is also a long-term Canberra resident and a proud former student of St Bede’s, and she is thrilled to be returning to the community where her love of learning began.
We warmly welcome Bridget, Stephanie, and Pamela to St Bede’s.
