Tips for Ensuring Rest and Rejuvenation

Here are some practical tips for students, parents, and teachers to ensure that everyone in our school community gets the rest they need:

For Students:

  • Set a Regular Sleep Schedule: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day to regulate your body's internal clock.
  • Limit Screen Time: Reduce screen time before bedtime to improve the quality of your sleep.
  • Practise Relaxation Techniques: Learn relaxation techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or yoga to manage stress.

For Parents:

  • Create a Calm Bedtime Routine: Establish a calming bedtime routine to help your child wind down before sleep.
  • Limit Extracurricular Activities: Ensure your child has time for rest by balancing their schedule with extracurricular activities.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate the importance of rest through your own actions.

For Teachers:
