Following the Smoking Ceremony at 2.30pm on Monday, parents are invited to visit their child's classroom to view their child's 2024 class and familiarise themselves with their teacher.

Please note this is not an opportunity to have a detailed discussion about your child and is a very informal meet and greet with the teacher.  If you would like to meet with your child's teacher you will need to arrange that directly with the teacher for another time.

Please also note later this term there will be an opportunity to book a conference with your teacher to further discuss your child.  This will be advised via Compass in due course.

St Bede's has been a hive of activity throughout the holiday period. We continue to improve the facilites for the use of our children when learning and other times. Below is a summary of Works undertaken or yet to come.

1) The library walls received a fresh coat of paint.

2) Intervention spaces received paint, carpet and desks.

3) The Uniform Shop was relocated with new cabinetry.

4) A shade sail was installed in the senior courtyard.

5) Posts for shade sails in the K-2 courtyard were installed (shade sail in a few weeks).

6) Thermoplastic playground marking are due to be installed in a few weeks.

7) New storage container was purchased and located for easier storage.

As previously advised, Camp Australia are the new providers of Outside of Hours School Care (OHSC) at St Bede's. Please contact Camp Australia should you want to have a conversation about your child attending the service.

Camp Australia have purchased new resources for the children to utilise and enjoy when at before or after school care.

Please remember that Camp Australia are an independent provider and that the coordinator should be the first contact for any issues or other communication. We welcome any feedback and are also able to assist where required.
