STILLNESS
Be still, and know that I am God." - Psalm 46:10
Welcome back, everyone, to another exciting year at St Bede’s Primary School! It's wonderful to see all of our students, parents, and staff returning for another year of learning, growth, and fun. I extend a warm welcome to new families, including Kindergarten.
Our dedicated staff are excited about the opportunities in 2024. I thank them for their unwavering dedication and passion for education. Their hard work and commitment make all the difference in the lives of our students, and we're grateful for everything they do.
Parents, thank you for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your children. We value the partnership between home and school and look forward to working together to support your child's success.
As we begin this new school year, let's approach it with enthusiasm, positivity, and a determination to make it the best one yet. Together, we can accomplish great things!
As we embark on this new journey together, we do so with a new theme for the year: Silence & Stillness. We look forward to exploring this theme in a deeper way in 2024. God calls us to be silent and still. Although this may seem beyond us, we need stillness to find God, but we need God’s help to find stillness.
In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, we should take a moment to embrace silence and stillness. In these quiet moments, we can find clarity, peace, and a deeper connection with God. As we pause and listen, may we find solace in the presence of God, knowing that even in the midst of chaos, He is with us, guiding and comforting us along the way.
We look forward to a fantastic year ahead filled with learning, laughter, and endless possibilities. Welcome back, everyone!
Regards
Andrew
Catholic Education is moving to a model that removes itemised school based levies and incorporates them in a single fee. As such, the fee schedule for 2024 is below. In addition to this fee, parents will be asked to contribute to school excursions and some minor incursions. Families with siblings in a Systemic Catholic secondary school will receive a 9% discount. Please note that Marist College and St Edmund's College are not systemic schools.
School feees are now set and distributed at the system level. An update on distribution timeline will be available when we have more information. Should you want to commence direct debit, please contact Mrs Luhrs.
