The end of the year is almost upon us and there are many books outstanding from the library.  As such, we are asking parents to have a look around home and if there are library books laying around that belong to the school, please return them as soon as possible.  

Parent Conferences will be held from Monday 2 December to Wednesday 4 December. These meetings are optional in Term 4 and can be made via the Compass Parent Portal. Session bookings open on Monday. To book a session, please click on more and navigate to Conferences. If you are unable to schedule a time, please contact your classroom teacher via email.

If you met in Week 4 or Week 6 with the class teacher and Mrs Elliott, there is no need to book another meeting session.

As we come to the end of 2024, we look toward our next enrolment cycle. If you have a child commencing Kindergarten in 2026, you are invited to submit an enrolment form for St Bede's. Siblings of current St Bede's students are guaranteed entry regardless of zoning. Please use the enrolment form via our website and select 2025 for the commencement date. We will edit the date.

In coming weeks, St Bede's will ask for enrolment enquiries from families that are not yet affiliated with our wonderful school.

Dear families,

This year, our school community has the opportunity to support the St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal, and we invite you to help bring joy to those in need. St Vincent de Paul has asked us to contribute either gifts of Lego for children of all ages or food snacks and treats that will be a nice surprise for kids on Christmas Day.

If your schedule is tight but you would still like to participate, we welcome monetary donations through Qkr!, and we’ll take care of the shopping on your behalf.

Each year, we are moved by the incredible generosity of our community, and St Vincent de Paul has expressed their gratitude for your continued support. Please send donations directly to classrooms by December 6, when they will be collected.

If your child's birthday is after December 16, they can wear free clothes and celebrate it on a day of their choosing prior to school finishing for 2024.  Please advise the school of the nominated date so we can all celebrate with them.

If your child's birthday is in January, we will celebrate with them when we return in February.
